Eliana
Nail Technician
Eliana loves all things pertaining to art and beauty, with a passionate emphasis on nail artistry. Her childhood was spent exploring colors, art, and patterns which inevitably lead to her love of nail art. Eliana enjoys bringing her guests’ vision to life and constantly strives to look for the perfection in fantasy. Most recently Eliana completed training to become certified in IBX Nail Strengthening Treatment as well as LCN Barefoot Toenail Reconstruction. Her pursuit of continuing education allows her to properly encourage and create healthy nails underneath a seamless and beautiful polish. When Eliana is not offering an exceptional experience to her nail guests you can find her apprenticing to become a licensed hairstylist, crafting, or singing. She has a special spot in her heart for nerdy movies and tv shows, loves snuggling her cat Sushi, and reading a good fantasy book.
Natashia
Level 4 Stylist
Natashia is a lover of curls, creativity and all things color. She brings with her to Blush a passion with a unique perspective for the Beauty Industry. For 18 years Natashia has devoted her whole self to her love of hair - beginning as a student, to stylist, as well as a salon owner. Natashia has embraced the opportunity to travel the US, from New York City to Minneapolis to Arlington where she attended some of the most prestigious hair academies and has been influenced by some of the most respected names in the hair industry. Natashia’s diverse abilities allow her to sculpt hair inspired by both precision detail and creative avant-garde. At home Natashia’s greatest joys in life comes in the form of her beautiful baby girl, while behind the chair her greatest accomplishments are found in moments of her guests’ self-reflection. Spunky and confident, Natashia possesses an innate ability to encourage her guests out of their comfort zone to bring their inner beauty out.

Jennifer Baca Merry
Curated Cut Specialist
Jenn is a mama of two {Freyja and Arlo} + wife to Jon. She is from Belfast, Maine and has lived all over Waldo, Knox, and now Lincoln County. Jenn began her career as a hairstylist in 2012 and has spent the better part of the past 10 years embracing all that the beauty industry has to offer. In 2021 she made the life changing decision to step away from the chair to experience motherhood in its purest form with her newest baby and growing family of four. This time allowed her the mental space and creative freedom to hone in on her true passion: cutting hair. Whether with shears or a razor, Jenns' Vidal Sassoon background provides the foundation for her precision cutting talent, while her love for Jane Matthews intuitive haircutting inspires her to embrace the hairs natural arrangement. Encouraged by the amazing movement of craft hairdressing and hand styling, Jenn is excited to return to Blush to focus on- and specialize in, curated experience haircuts. An experience that offers a thorough consultation and analysis of current haircare, goals and inspiration. Complete with a luxurious scalp massage, a customized style a well as haircare recommendations and styling tutorials.
